Online Course Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between you ("Client" or "you") and HealthQA Corp. ("Company", "we", or "us").
Program. The Company agrees to provide you with access to online courses you subscribe to ("Program"). As a condition of participation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference.
Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. The Company's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict, these Terms control.
Nature of Relationship. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. The Program provides educational information only and is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
Fees and Billing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual basis unless otherwise stated. Current public pricing may include: Professional ($198 USD/year) and Enterprise (custom pricing). Taxes may apply where required.
Refund Policy. You may request cancellation and a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if course content has not been accessed. After access begins or after the refund window expires, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Access and Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
Intellectual Property. All Program content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or authorized organizational learning use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sublicense, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works from Program content without prior written permission.
Confidentiality. The Program may include proprietary methods, workflows, templates, and educational frameworks. You agree not to disclose or redistribute proprietary content except as expressly allowed by the Company.
Acceptable Use. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, upload malicious content, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
Professional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for applying educational material in practice and for exercising professional judgment. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, licensure results, employment outcomes, or clinical performance improvements.
Certificates and CEU/CE Compliance. Completion certificates and educational records are issued based on platform records and stated completion criteria. Learners are responsible for confirming acceptance requirements with their licensing or credentialing authority.
Third-Party Services. The Program may link to or integrate third-party services (for example, payment processors or video providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, policy violations, or misuse of intellectual property. Upon termination, your license to Program content ends immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties. The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Program.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates may be posted on this page and become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which HealthQA Corp. operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This Privacy Policy explains how HealthQA Corp. ("Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use our website and services.
